🎨 Art Expressions: Cancer Journey Extended Art Series

Art has the power to heal, and thanks to a generous grant from the Arts Council, a select group of Hope Circle members can dive even deeper into creative expression. Under the guidance of talented local artists, participants explore different artistic mediums, from painting and sculpture to textile arts and mixed media. This extended series provides not just an artistic outlet, but a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing through creativity.

🌿 Quarterly Retreats

Four times a year, we invite our Hope Circle members to step away from daily stresses and immerse themselves in a day of self-care, relaxation, and connection. Our Quarterly Retreats bring together the best of art, nutrition, and yoga in beautiful venues throughout the community. Whether it’s a lakeside escape, a cozy retreat center, or a peaceful garden setting, each retreat is thoughtfully designed to rejuvenate the body, uplift the spirit, and foster deep connections with fellow survivors.

💪 A Time to Heal

Survivorship comes with its own challenges, and we are honored to facilitate A Time to Heal, a 9-week research-based program designed to improve survivor outcomes. This comprehensive curriculum provides cancer survivors with the tools to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being post-treatment. Through expert-led sessions, practical strategies, and group discussions, participants learn how to regain strength, manage lingering side effects, and embrace life beyond cancer with renewed confidence and purpose.
